Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies

I think it's pretty obvious that I love food. Its flavor can bring memories, feelings, and all sorts of things. The best kind of food is comfort food. And what could be better than a thick and chewy chocolate chip cookie? If this mouthwatering photo doesn't make you want one, I don't know what will.
The recipe is simple. I used my previous All-American Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe for these. It was delicious and they were warm, gooey, and chewy.
Ingredients:
Chocolate Chip Cookie dough or other favorite dough
3" Ramekins
Dulce de Leche ice cream

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Do not grease ramekins.
2. Make cookie dough and fill ramekins 2/3 full with the raw cookie dough.
4. Bake for 14 minutes. Start checking for doneness at 12.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes. Scoop ice cream on top and dig in!
